Consultation on Designing an Integrated University Curriculum held

The Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Thought (BIIT) organized a consultation on “Designing an Integrated University Curriculum” at the Conference Hall, Faculty of Theology, Islamic University, Kushtia, on 28th January 2024.

About 50 senior faculty members from different faculties of Islamic University attended the consultation organized by BIIT. Dr. M. Abdul Aziz, Director General of BIIT and Visiting Faculty of IUT, OIC, was the keynote speaker of the consultation program.

Dr. Yousuf M. Islam, Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) and former Vice-Chancellor of Daffodil International University (DIU), was present as the Chief Guest. Dr. A.B.M. Siddiqur Rahman Asrafi, Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies at Islamic University, Kushtia, attended as a special guest.

Dr. Muhd. Abdur Rahman Anwari, Professor in the Department of Dawah and Islamic Studies at Islamic University, Kushtia, and Senior Academic Fellow of BIIT, chaired the program. Dr. Iqbal Hossain, Professor in the Department of Dawah and Islamic Studies at Islamic University, Kushtia, and Senior Research Fellow of BIIT, delivered the welcoming remarks.
